The location was good, right off 1-75. The room was spacious and clean. We both loved the fluffy pillows and the amount of them. The breakfast was good, although we were late and it was almost over, so some of the food was starting to get cold. A nice selection of eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt... and waffle maker. The lobby was large and the tables were set at an angle which was visually pleasing. Mike, the clerk, was especially helpful to us with the reservation and with cancelling another reservation for later in the month. We were so happy to get a first floor room.

We were greeted with warm smiles from Ashley. The lobby was clean and welcoming with lemon water and coffee available 24/7. There was an issue with our room and Ashley went above and beyond and moved us to another room. The room was spacious and breakfast was plentiful with many choices. We always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn and will continue.

We asked for a handicapped room. There were enough grab bars but the walk in shower had a short shower curtain and the Water flowed out of the shower and the entire floor was completely soaked. We had to use towels to dry the floor. We were afraid to slip. Not very safe.

This was the best Hampton Inn we have visited in over 10*years. The lobby was very nicely decorated and welcome from staff was so genuine. Location was perfect for our planned visit, easy to get to from airport in Lexington, and convenient to price friendly gas stations.

Everything was super clean. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was really good, and they made sure they had enough food for all the guests. (The hotel was packed due to the national cheer event.) Overall, this was one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in.
